1. How is the Mug Pillow different from other stomach sleeper pillows?

The Mug Pillow is designed to keep your head and neck in a neutral position without rotation of the neck. This pillow has a fan to pull fresh air into the tunnels below the face. The Mug Pillow is low profile to minimize elevation of the upper body.

 

2. What kind of pillowcase do I use?
The Mug Pillow comes with a custom-made cotton pillowcase that is machine washable.

 

3. Do you ship out of the USA?
Yes

 

4. What type of memory foam do you use?
The Mug Pillow is made of a proprietary high quality memory foam (open cell viscoelastic foam) that is low VOC, hypoallergenic, and was formulated to retain its softness and comfort in lower temperatures.

 

5. Does the pillow fan plug in using a USB adaptor?
Yes. A USB adaptor is not included

 

6. How many power settings are there on the fan?
Three: low, medium, and high.

 

7. Does a standard pillow (extra pillow for under the chest or abdomen) come with my Mug Pillow?
No, many types of standard pillows will work for this purpose.

 

8. Where do I place the extra pillow if needed?
Depending on your body type and where you need the support, the extra pillow can be placed under the abdomen or chest.

 

9. Can my Mug Pillow be used for massage therapy?
Yes. The face cradle is very much like the face cradle on a massage therapy table.
When placed on a flat surface it works well for massage therapy.

 

10. Can the Mug Pillow be placed in a washer or dryer?
No. The foam pillow and inner cover should be spot cleaned only; the outer cotton pillowcase can be machine washed and dried on low heat.

 

11. What is the return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your mug pillow, you may return it within 30 days for a refund. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
